Residential Tenant Eviction Moratoriums

Under COVID temporary eviction moratoriums passed by the State, Alameda County, and local cities including Oakland and Berkeley,
most residential tenants cannot currently be evicted for nonpayment of rent. This protection/moratorium is in place until the public agencies
lift their Local Emergency Declaration. However, unpaid rent will be due when the moratorium ends.
