Dominique currently serves as the Operations Manager, organizing the internal operations and functions at Just Cities. She first served as a student intern, then post-graduate fellow at Just Cities. She was hired on staff as a Project Coordinator to organize community convenings and other meetings, as well as providing operational support. She specializes in advancing meeting accessibility for lower income, elderly, and disabled community residents. 

Dominique worked on the Just Cities team designing and developing an Anti-Displacement and Racial Equity Framework for the Los Angeles Vision Zero Community Engagement program, leading the efforts to create a comprehensive Anti-Displacement resource booklet. She provided graphic design on the Housing Oakland’s Unhoused report, translating dense public policy and research information into community accessible and visually compelling information.

Dominique is co-leading the design and development of a new Practicum course in racial and social equity for Urban Studies graduates at UC Berkeley—the Ron Dellums and June Jordan Bridge Fellowship in Racial Justice.
